False Promises of Power and Peace

Many people look to the heavens, hoping for a better life, hoping that other races will come to assist humanity in its great environmental needs, to assist humanity in establishing a new technological foundation. Some people hope that races will come to teach humanity how to live in peace and to provide a greater model for how human civilization can evolve and outgrow its tribal conflicts and its national competitions.

It is understandable to want help from beyond, particularly when humanity is facing such seemingly insurmountable problems. Human governments and religious leaders seem to lack the commitment, the determination, to bring about the substantive change that is needed in the world. And the citizens of the world are either too oppressed by their circumstances, or they are too afraid of major change in the way that they live in order to foster the innovation that may be needed here. People look to races in the universe, hoping for gifts. Scientists contemplate that other races will come and give new scientific knowledge to the human family.

These desires are understandable, but they are based upon a profound ignorance of life in the universe and the condition of advanced technological societies who would come to visit your world and, in some cases, who are here already.

When you want something from a stranger, you lose your objectivity regarding that stranger. When you have expectations and other motives regarding any kind of engagement of this nature, it clouds your vision, it undermines your objectivity, and it makes you vulnerable to manipulation and to deception.

People want so many things from other races in the universe who may visit here, and so their objectivity is undermined. Their discernment is compromised, for they are seeking advantages from the engagement itself.

Many people expect that advanced technology will be given to the human family, and they assume that any benign or beneficial race would provide this. They eagerly anticipate such gifts being given. And they respond eagerly to any promises that are made by those who are even in the world today to offer such technology to humanity.

But it is a critical error. For those races who are in the world today interfering in human affairs will only promise such things to gain allegiance, to invoke belief, to stimulate acceptance. What they will offer you will be mere trinkets, insignificant items to tantalize and to turn the native peoples of this world.

No true ally of humanity would offer significant advanced technology to a human family that is divided and contentious with itself, for such offerings would be claimed by governments and military establishments, turned into weaponry, further endangering the human family in its conflicts with itself. If gifts were offered, gifts that you could not create yourselves or gifts that required resources the world does not possess, then they would only be offered to establish a state of dependence, addiction and dependence, upon a foreign technology.

No true ally of humanity would do this, for this would undermine human authority in this world. It would undermine human freedom in this world. It would undermine human sovereignty within this world.

Those races who are here in the world today interfering in human affairs are here for their own reasons—reasons that they will not reveal, engaged in activities they will not reveal. They are stalking your world, taking advantage of a weak and divided humanity, encouraging human conflict and trying to gain human allegiance. They are posing as benign and beneficial, some even claiming they are spiritually enlightened, assuring those few people who are aware of their presence that they and only they can lead humanity forward, that human leadership is inadequate and will fail.

They are preying upon the loss of trust that people have within themselves and with their institutions, preying upon human weakness and human vulnerability, preying upon human superstitions and assumptions that races from beyond the world would be enlightened and ethical and entirely beneficial for the welfare of humanity.

This is how native peoples of any world can be seduced and induced to give over their allegiance to powers they do not understand. This has happened in your own world repeatedly, particularly in recent centuries where technologically advanced [human] races have used persuasion instead of force to overtake and to subjugate weaker nations and tribes of people.

The lure of power, the lure of technology, the promise of spiritual enlightenment and fulfillment—these all have great influence over people's thinking and expectations.

Many people think that a race from the universe will come to help humanity in its great needs. But any race who would come to interfere here would come for their own purposes, seeking their own advantages. And humanity is a divided steward of this beautiful planet—a planet of immense biological wealth and diversity, a planet that is greatly valued by others.

These intervening races will not seek to destroy you, but to use you, to subjugate you, to have you work for them. For they cannot live in this world, they cannot breathe this atmosphere, they cannot face the biological hazards of a world of such diversity.

So they will promise you anything. They will induce belief and allegiance, making people think that they have the power and the wisdom to guide humanity. They will bring you trinkets from space, to induce this belief and this allegiance and this faith.

Humanity's true Allies are not intervening in the world, for they realize that intervention leads to manipulation and to subjugation. For you cannot enter another world and try to improve it according to your own notions without exerting tremendous influence and control over the minds and hearts and people of that world. And no freedom-loving nation in the universe would do this.

Ethical contact here would be to send wisdom and awareness and a deeper Knowledge to an emerging world such as this. And your true Allies in the universe have sent this in a series of Briefings, a message for humanity.

But intervention involves secrecy and deception, control, influence and manipulation. You cannot control another people without exercising these things.

Many people have a romantic view of life in the universe. They think that any technologically advanced race is advanced ethically, spiritually and morally, but this is certainly not the case. In fact, most highly technological races in this vicinity of space in which your world exists are entirely secular in nature and extremely controlling of their own populations.

War in this part of the galaxy is suppressed, conflict is suppressed, and freedom is suppressed by nations that have established vast and complex networks of trade and commerce. Free nations stay out of these networks, for they are very controlling. It is a reality unlike what most people expect and anticipate.

You do not realize that the world could be overtaken without the use of force, through the power of persuasion and intimidation—capitalizing on human conflict, capitalizing on human ignorance, capitalizing on the mythology of your times. For intelligent races do not use force to achieve their goals because force destroys the very resources that they value.

So what would it take to persuade the human family that a foreign race represents their greatest promise and their greatest [benefactors]? Think of this: How could humanity, in its current state, be persuaded to believe that a foreign power—a power that will not reveal its real purposes and activities in the world—how could humanity be persuaded to believe that this kind of an intervening power is beneficial and represents a new leadership for the world? Given human nature, human expectations and humanity's lack of awareness or adaptation to a universe of intelligent life, how could the human family be sufficiently persuaded?

You can clearly see here, if you really think about this, that the promises of technology would be a great part of this inducement and that many people would accept this, almost without question.

Many people who are aware of the extraterrestrial presence in the world today assume that this presence is benign and beneficial because it has not attacked humanity, it has not destroyed humanity. So people think that if an attack has not occurred, then this force must be benign and beneficial.

What people fail to see is that these forces in the world are not military forces. They do not come here with great military strength, and they will certainly never use violence upon the world—a world that they want to preserve for themselves. And they would not use violence upon humanity, for they seek humanity's allegiance and cooperation.

They will promise you things you do not have. They will promise you skills you do not have. And because they are able to arrive here using advanced technology, you will assume that they will provide humanity what it cannot provide itself. Here is where humanity lacks discernment. Here is where many people make a critical and fatal error.

Accepting gifts from strangers is hazardous, of course, and these gifts are very enticing. There is always a promise of greater gifts, and this is what lures you into a trap. And humanity, with its ever-increasing faith in technology, will be so easily persuaded by a technologically advanced race. This is a great danger for the freedom and the future of humanity.

The Intervention that is occurring in the world today will foster humanity's lack of faith in itself, in its leaders and in its institutions. It will capitalize on this lack of faith and sense of hopelessness. It will promise technology, beginning with small gifts. It will promise a greater wisdom and a greater leadership, as human governments struggle to meet the ever-increasing demands of their nations and peoples.

This Intervention will encourage the belief that humanity cannot solve its own problems, that it needs assistance from beyond the world, that it needs guidance and wisdom and technology from beyond the world. And many people who have lost faith in themselves and in human leadership will turn to these foreign powers, powers that they do not understand.

Therefore, do not accept any promise of technology, no matter how enticing. Do not believe in any offer of power and peace from a race whom you know nothing about. Do not accept gifts from strangers who come in the night, who take people against their will, who function surreptitiously in the world—acting with impunity here, establishing the rules of engagement on their terms alone.

Let history be your guide and teach you the lessons of intervention: that intervention is always carried out for self-interest, and leads to subjugation and often destruction of the native peoples. Nature has taught you this. History has taught you this.

Those races intervening in the world today represent resource explorers and economic collectives. Freedom is unknown to them. They are here seeking resources. They view you as part of the resource of the world—a resource to be used, to be corralled, to be directed, to be exploited.

They will meet your expectations, for they have studied human psychology and physiology. They know what you want. They know what you hope for. They know your weakness. They know your ignorance regarding life in the universe. They will take advantage of all of these things.

People will naturally ask: “Well, how can you resist this?” That is a fundamental question, but it comes down to how do you resist any temptation? How do you resist the temptation of dangerous drugs that seem to offer you a sense of euphoria, but which in fact enslave your life? How do you resist the temptation of financial investments that seem so foolproof and so beneficial, but which in fact are fraudulent? How do you resist persuasion?

Those intervening in the world today are relying upon human acquiescence. If humanity refuses to acquiesce, these forces must withdraw. They do not have the power to take the world by force, and they will not attempt to do so because such activities are not allowed in this region of space. It is suppressed by great nations that trade.

Invasion is not allowed in this part of the universe, but how could humanity know of this? You think of life in the universe as nations blowing each other up, as great empires, great wars, but this has nothing to do with the reality of life in the universe.

Humanity exists in a highly populated part of the galaxy. There are very old nations here that have established the rules of engagement. If any race wants to take advantage of a weak and divided humanity, they must use other means, means other than force. And that is exactly what is occurring in the world today.

People around the world see craft flying in the skies. They have encounters, but they know nothing of the nature and intention of those who are here. People are being taken against their will and subjugated to cruel experimentation and powerful forms of mind control. And yet the human family goes about its daily affairs without any sense of concern.

You have no defense against space because you do not think there is any threat there. And you think that a defense would be purely military, when in fact it is really psychological. If humanity will not be turned, then it cannot be persuaded. If humanity is wise and discerning in its engagements with those races who are present in the world today, then they cannot fulfill their agenda.

It is not military power that rules the universe. It is the power of persuasion. This is what humanity has yet to learn. You are still functioning in a primitive state, with primitive ideas. But in the universe that you will encounter, greater powers of persuasion have proven to be far more effective and constructive in nations gaining influence over one another. And in this, humanity is unskilled and knows very little.

Do not think that any race that is here in the world intervening in human affairs is here for humanity's benefit. There are no exceptions to this. They are all here to gain advantage for themselves, preeminence in the world for themselves. And there are many groups who are competing with one another for this objective.

As humanity faces Great Waves of change in the world—resource depletion and environmental decline—the power and persuasion of these forces will become ever greater. As humanity loses confidence and faith in its leaders and institutions, the power of persuasion of these intervening races will become ever greater and more persuasive. They have only to wait while humanity drives itself into desperation. Through human greed and corruption and lack of vision, the human family will drive itself into deprivation.

It is here that the Intervention, which has taken so very long to establish itself here and to establish its network of human supporters, it is here that it will present itself as the rescuers and the saviors of humanity.

People of course will think this is impossible, cannot happen, but look at your own history. How were the great empires of the Americas conquered except through incredible deception and ignorance?

Humanity has the great advantage in its encounter with these forces, but you do not realize your strength, and you are easily persuaded. It is your weakness this Intervention will seek to exploit, and that is why it is your strength that must be emphasized.

What is this strength in the human family? What is this core strength that will keep you from being turned against yourself and one another? What is this strength that will resist the temptation of power and fulfillment that will be placed upon you?

You are dealing with a war of wills now, not a war of technology. Once you come to understand this, you will see that humanity must develop its strength and its wisdom and its resistance to foreign intervention and persuasion. You will begin to see that humanity must establish its own rules of engagement and to assert itself in the universe as powerful and self-determined peoples.

Otherwise, you will have no respect, no one will regard you with any respect, and you will be open to Intervention. Your naiveté and your predispositions will make you extremely vulnerable to these Interventions, which will occur increasingly as time goes on.

God has given you a greater Intelligence, the power of Knowledge within yourself. It represents a deeper Mind within you—a Mind that is not controlled or shaped by the world, a Mind that cannot be seduced or induced by any power, whether it be human or extraterrestrial. It cannot be fooled. It cannot be persuaded. It represents the source and the center of your integrity and of your power and discernment.

This power of Knowledge is unknown to those races who are intervening in the world today, or they would not be here functioning in such an unethical manner. Humanity, despite its brutish ways and its many errors, still has the possibility for Self-Knowledge—a possibility that has been lost for so many advanced technological societies in the universe, a power that is unknown to those races who are intervening in the world today.

You do not know your strength, and you do not see how your lack of strength places you in such great vulnerability. If you can be persuaded to purchase things you do not need, then a foreign race can persuade you to give the power of the world over to them. If you can be persuaded to eat unhealthy food, you can be persuaded to do almost anything—especially by a race that has such advanced technology and can do things that seem almost miraculous to you. If you can be persuaded to act in such ways that do not represent your real self-interest, you can be persuaded to give your power away to foreign races whom you know nothing about.

This is the problem, you see. Humanity does not know its strength. It does not exercise sufficiently its integrity. The power and presence of Knowledge is not taught in its schools, not emphasized in human engagements, not valued amongst its values. In the universe, Knowledge is rare and precious. It is the greatest power of all free nations, who are always subjected to persuasion from the outside.

This is a war of intention. It is not a clash of arms. It is a war of will. It is humanity's strength that must be emphasized and encouraged. It is your discernment and your objectivity that you must bring to bear regarding your encounter with any race from the universe.

If humanity were well versed in the reality of life in the universe, you would resist any intervention into this world with all of your force and all of your might. You would unite the world for this. You would see that you could not allow humanity to be so vulnerable.

It is this wisdom that life has taught you that you must bring to bear. You are the native peoples of this world, facing Intervention by foreign powers who will not reveal their true nature and intentions to you.

People everywhere must stop denying this reality, for its evidence is everywhere. Even your most educated people are in denial of this, for they have never looked. They are too afraid—afraid of the challenge that this creates, afraid of what this might mean, afraid of having to reconsider their positions regarding many things.

Humanity is greatly invested in certain ideas, certain kinds of education and certain sets of assumptions. It is very hard to change these. But many of these must change if humanity is to face the reality of life in the universe and the reality of the Intervention that is occurring in the world today. Humanity must gain a greater wisdom and objectivity to resist the temptations and the persuasions that are being placed upon its people increasingly.

Every day, people are being taken against their will and forced to undergo extreme forms of mind control, to turn them into advocates or useful creatures to the Intervention.

Every foreign race that is in the world today is part of this Intervention. They are all here for the same purpose; they are all using the same methods. They represent different races and different groups and different organizations.

It is a very clear situation once you come to see it, and once you can face it, and stop pretending it is not happening, and stop insisting that there are races here for your benefit because you want something from them.

While humanity struggles increasingly with the Great Waves of change that are coming to the world and the great economic and political instability this will create, you cannot have your backs to the universe. You cannot ignore the presence of the Intervention.

Every citizen must know this and must look at it with clear eyes, from a position of strength and self-determination. This is why human conflict must cease because you must bring all of this to bear—to establish your own rules of engagement with life in the universe, and to unite for the defense of the world.

What is happening to humanity now is a secret invasion being undertaken over a long period of time, carefully crafted to be as invisible as possible, carefully orchestrated to engender as much human cooperation as possible.

Individuals in government and religion and commerce have been turned to serve the Intervention. They do not represent those leaders that you see on your television, but those who counsel them, those who are behind the scenes—infecting and corrupting human institutions.

This is how a small group of resource explorers can overtake the entire human family without the use of force and without appearing to be an invasion, without breaking the rules of engagement that have been long established in this part of the universe.

Your true Allies have sent you a series of Briefings, a message for humanity, to educate you about life in the universe and the reality of the Intervention that is occurring here. Their commentary is important because it is necessary for you to understand what ethical contact really is, and that you have real Allies in the universe who are not interfering in human affairs, and to understand why they are not interfering in human affairs, and why no true Allies of humanity would do so.

This represents the core of your education as you now begin to emerge into a greater arena of life in the universe. No one on Earth can give you this education, for how could they know?

You must be prepared for the dangers, the risks and the opportunities of emerging into a Greater Community of intelligent life—a competitive environment on a scale you cannot imagine, where the powers of persuasion are intense and highly focused and where young emerging races such as humanity are at a great disadvantage.

This education is primary for your future. [Without it] you will not see that your greatest danger comes from the outside. You will not see that your ideas and beliefs and assumptions disarm you and distract you from facing this primary reality. You will not see that your strength is not in the clash of arms, but the power of your intention, the strength of your unity and self-determination.

If you want to be viewed as something more than a group of warring natives on a beautiful and valuable planet, you will have to assert yourself differently. You will have to make it very difficult for any race to come here and cast nets of persuasion over your peoples. Amongst advanced and mature races in the universe, visitation is not even allowed except under very rare circumstances because the powers of persuasion are understood.

It is so unlike your movies. It is so completely unlike your expectations. But how could you know this, still stuck on the surface of your world, unaware of the reality of life around you and beyond you and everywhere?

This is a fundamental and a radical education, but it is only radical in the sense that you have not considered it previously. It is based upon your wisdom and experience, what life and nature have taught you over centuries and millennia. It is common sense, which is so uncommon in the world today.

Humanity must establish its own rules of engagement and ethics of contact. No one should be here without your permission and awareness. No secret arrangements should be made by any government or group within any government, for that will betray the well-being of humanity.

What threatens you is not the use of force, it is the power of persuasion. It is the undermining power of persuasion. It is your own weakness and conflicts that make you vulnerable. It is your misuse and overuse of the world's resources that are driving you into a position where you will lose self-sufficiency in this world.

Should you lose self-sufficiency, you will lose your freedom and self-determination. For then you will have to turn to foreign powers to provide what you need, and you will have to accept any terms that are presented to you. Do not allow this to happen.

That is why human unity and cooperation are so vitally essential, not only to meet the great challenges of your time, but also to prevent Intervention in the world.

You are looking the other way. You do not see the great danger at your borders. Your borders to space are undefended. You have no idea what is happening, why those who are coming into the world can do whatever they want here—to you, to your children. This is a very dangerous situation for the native peoples of any world.

Humanity is not ready for contact. No one should be visiting your shores. Humanity does not have the unity, the strength and the discernment to function successfully within a Greater Community of intelligent life in the universe. No one should be here until humanity gains this strength and this capability.

Races can send you Wisdom from afar and educate you about life in the universe, which the Allies of Humanity Briefings have done. But no one should be here interfering in human affairs, and those that are, are here to serve their own purposes. They care not for your religion. They care not for your values. They do not need anything from you but your labor and your allegiance. Make no mistake here.

This is the greatest challenge facing the human family, and yet who is responding? Your governments keep their secrets, your people are unaware, except for those who are being taken against their will, and those few who have seen the evidence of the Intervention, whose voices go unheard, whose testimony is unwanted.

Do not accept offerings of gifts, promises of wealth or peace or assertions of power or leadership from any race or group that is visiting the world today. For it is all a deception. It is all preying upon human weakness, human ignorance and human superstition.

This is a rallying cry for human unity and cooperation. Your greatest threat is from beyond the world, but you do not see it. Preoccupied with human problems, human corruption, human conflict, you do not see the great danger at your boundaries, at your door.

That is why God has sent a New Message into the world—to alert, to strengthen and to prepare humanity for its encounter with intelligent life in the universe and to restore to humanity the power of Knowledge, which has been so forgotten and so overlooked by the nations and the peoples of the world.

God knows what is coming. God understands the great vulnerability of the human family at this time. God understands the Great Waves of change that are coming and how humanity must prepare for that. God understands that humanity does not have the time to discover these things on its own, for time is of the essence.

That is why a great Message has been sent to prepare humanity for its encounter with the Greater Community of life in the universe, to prepare humanity to face and to navigate the Great Waves of change that are coming to the world, and to provide humanity Wisdom from the Greater Community so that you may understand your strength and what you need to do to prepare to function within this larger arena of life.

God has sent a clarification about your spiritual nature, heritage and destiny at the level of Knowledge. God has sent a vision into the world of humanity's destiny as a free race in the universe and what the human family must do to achieve this state, and to build and preserve human freedom amidst the presence of powerful forces who will contend against your freedom and your sovereignty.

God has never sent a Message like this into the world, for it was never needed before. But now you have arrived, finally, at a threshold where this preparation must occur, and it is of the greatest importance—more important than any other need you can conceive of in the world.

Humanity must prepare for the Great Waves of change, and it must prepare for the Greater Community. Failure here will undermine everything else that you can achieve and have achieved already.

This is the urgency of God's New Message. With this urgency comes an emphasis on what is most profoundly true and strong within the human family, what is most profoundly true and real within all the world's great religious traditions, and what humanity must do to outgrow its adolescence, its conflicts and its foolishness to assume a more mature and responsible position, functioning within the context of the Greater Community.

It is this greater Wisdom that you must gain, and it is built upon the wisdom you have already, for you are entering a more complex and competitive environment in the universe. For this you must prepare. And God has sent the Message and the preparation to make this possible.
