Wees vandaag stil in je twee meditatieoefeningen, zodat je de aanwezigheid van Kennis in je kunt ontvangen. Neem een moment van stilte in je oefening op het uur, zodat je herkent waar je bent en wat je doet. Op die manier kun je toegang krijgen tot het grotere aspect van de geest, zodat het je op elk uur kan dienen en je het in de wereld kunt uitdragen.
