오늘 당신 자신에 대한 신뢰를 잃지 말라. 연습을 멈추지 말라. 배우겠다는 마음을 항상 유지하라. 결론을 내리지 않은 채로 있으라. 이런 열린 마음을 갖고, 이때 오는 취약성을 받아들이라. 자신을 굳게 지키려 하지 않을 때, 진실이 찾아온다. 진실을 받아들이는 이가 되라.

오늘 정각마다 연습에서, 자신에 대한 신뢰를 잃지 않겠다고 다짐하라. 앎, 교사들의 현존, 삶의 은혜, 세상에서의 당신 사명, 이 모든 것에 대한 신뢰를 잃지 말라. 이 모든 것이 제때에 당신에게 온전히 드러날 수 있도록 이것들이 확언되는 것을 허용하라. 만약 당신이 이것들에 현존하면, 이것들은 당신이 모든 상황에서 보고 느낄 만큼 분명해질 것이다. 그래서 세상을 보는 당신 눈이 바뀌고, 세상에 대한 당신 체험도 바뀔 것이다. 그리고 당신의 모든 힘과 에너지는 스스로를 표현하기 위해 결합할 것이다.
