당신의 두려움과 불확실성을 감추는 가정과 믿음 너머에, 참된 기반이 당신을 위해 세상에 존재한다. 이 기반은 저세상에서 당신 삶에 구축되었다. 왜냐하면 그곳은 바로 당신이 온 곳이고, 되돌아갈 곳이기 때문이다. 당신은 되돌아갈 곳에서 왔으며, 올 때 빈손으로 오지 않았다.

당신의 참된 기반이 무엇인지 숙고해보는 데, 오늘 15분에서 20분 정도의 시간을 두 차례 보내라. 이것에 대한 당신의 관념들을 모두 생각해보라. 이것은 매우 중요한 물음이다. 진지하고 심도 있게 이것을 물으려면, 당신은 이 참된 기반에 대한 절실한 필요성을 깨달아야 한다.

참된 기반이 없다면, 당신은 진정으로 성취하고 성장할 희망이 없을 것이다. 그래서 비록 참된 기반이 당신에게 미지의 것이라 하더라도, 당신이 참된 기반을 가진 것은 커다란 축복이다.
