당신 앎의 근원은 당신 내면에도 존재하고 당신 밖에도 존재한다. 앎의 근원은 모든 곳에 두루 존재하니, 그 근원이 어디에 존재하든 아무런 차이가 없다. 신이 당신 내면에 앎을 심어놓았으니, 당신 삶은 구원받았다. 하지만 앎이 드러나 당신에게 그 선물들을 주도록 허용될 때까지는 당신은 자신의 구원을 깨닫지 못할 것이다. 당신의 참된 삶을 선물로 받을 수 있게 해주는 것 말고, 다른 어떤 자유가 자유이겠는가? 다른 자유는 모두 혼란으로 가는 자유이며, 당신 자신을 해치는 자유이다. 큰 자유는 당신의 앎을 찾는 것이고, 그 앎이 당신을 통해 그 자신을 표현하게 하는 것이다. 오늘 당신은 앎의 근원을 찾는 데 자유롭다.

두 차례 연습 시간에 고요 속에서 당신 앎의 근원을 받아들이라. 당신은 이 근원을 받아들이는 데 자유롭다는 것을 상기하라. 어떤 두려움이나 불안, 죄책감이나 수치심이 있다 하더라도 상관하지 말고 당신 앎의 근원을 받아들이라. 오늘 당신은 앎의 근원을 받아들이는 데 자유롭다.
