왜 계속해서 추측하는가? 왜 계속 비난하고 판단하는가? 앎과 함께 있으면 모든 것이 분명해질 터인데, 왜 당신 삶을 더 복잡하게 만들고, 더 좌절하게 만드는가? 왜 당신 마음을 더 복잡하게 만드는가? 왜 자신에게 계속해서 더 많은 특질을 부여하는가? 앎과 함께 있으면 모든 것이 분명해질 터인데, 왜 새로운 수준의 생각, 새로운 수준의 존재를 만드는가? 왜 세상에 점점 더 많은 차별을 두려 하는가? 앎과 함께 있으면 모든 것이 분명해질 터인데, 왜 세상을 그처럼 절망적으로 복잡하고 무의미한 것처럼 보이게 하는가?

앎이 보는 것을 보고, 앎이 하는 것을 하려면, 또한 세상이 결코 복제할 수 없는 것으로, 앎의 평화, 앎의 은총, 앎의 포함, 앎의 관계 등 앎이 담고 있는 모든 것을 가지려면, 당신은 앎과 함께 있는 법을 배우기만 하면 된다.
