오늘 강해지라. 여기에서 알려준 계획을 따르라. 뒤로 물러서거나, 가르침을 어떤 식으로도 변경하지 말라. 여기에 지름길이란 없으며, 곧은길만 있을 뿐이다. 당신에게는 계단이 주어졌으니, 그 계단을 따르라. 오늘 강해지라. 당신의 생각만이 당신이 약하다고 말한다. 당신의 평가만이 당신이 불쌍하고 무능하며 부적격자라고 말한다. 당신은 자신이 강하다는 것을 신뢰해야 하며, 자신이 강하다는 것을 깨달으려면 이 신뢰를 활용해야 한다.
