"오늘 내 마음속 내용을 알아내기 위해 나의 체험에 귀 기울일 것이다."

당신 마음속의 참된 내용은 당신이 태어난 이래로 쭉 더해진 것들 아래에 묻혀 있다는 것을 알라. 이 참된 내용은 당신의 현재 삶과 상황 속에서 자신을 표현하고자 한다. 이 참된 내용을 분별하려면, 당신은 주의 깊게 귀 기울여야 한다. 그래서 결국 마음속의 참된 내용과 그 내용에서 오는 메시지를 다른 모든 충동이나 소망과 구분할 줄 알아야 한다. 앎에서 생각을 분리해내는 것은 위대한 성취 중 하나이며, 당신이 이 공부 과정에서 그것을 배울 기회를 가질 것이다.
