Non perdere la fiducia in te stesso oggi. Mantieni attiva la tua pratica. Mantieni la tua intenzione di imparare. Sii senza conclusioni. Abbi questa apertura e questa vulnerabilità. Senza il tuo tentativo di rafforzare le tue difese la verità esiste. Permetti a te stesso di esserne il destinatario.

Ogni ora oggi esercitati ricordando a te stesso che non perderai fiducia in te stesso oggi. Non perdere la fiducia nella Conoscenza, nella presenza dei tuoi Maestri, nella benevolenza della vita e nella tua missione nel mondo.
