التذمر من العالم يعني أنه لا يتوافق مع مثاليتك. التذمر من العالم يعني أنك لا تدرك أنك جئت إلى هنا لكي تعمل. التذمر من العالم لا يساعدك على فهم شدائده. التذمر من العالم يعني أنك لا تفهم العالم على حقيقته. تذمرك يشير إلى أن بعض التوقعات قد خابت. وخيبات الأمل هذه ضرورية لكي تبدأ في فهم العالم على حقيقته وفهم نفسك على حقيقتها.

في بداية كل ساعة اليوم قدم هذا البيان التوكيدي لنفسك ثم تدرب عليه. خصص دقيقة واحدة كل ساعة لا تشكو فيها من العالم. لا تدع الساعات تنقضي دون انتباه منك، بل كن حاضرا للتدرب. تعرف على مدى شكوى الناس من العالم ومدى قلة ما تقدمه الشكوى لهم ومدى قلة ما تقدمه إلى العالم. لقد أدين العالم بالفعل من قبل ساكنيه. وإذا أريد له الحب والنماء، فلا بد من الاعتراف بشدائده وقبول ما يتيحه من فرص. من يستطيع التذمر وقد أعطيت له بيئة يتسنى له فيها استعادة المعرفة الروحية والمساهمة بها؟ كل ما يحتاجه العالم هو المعرفة الروحية وتعبيرات المعرفة الروحية. فكيف يكون جديرا بالإدانة؟
