في ثلاث مناسبات منفصلة اليوم، تدرب على الاستماع لآخر. استمع دون تقييم ودون حكم. استمع دون أن يشتت عقلك أي شيء آخر. ببساطة استمع. تدرب على ذلك مع ثلاثة أشخاص مختلفين اليوم. تدرب على الاستماع. كن ساكنا وأنت تسمع. حاول أن تسمع ما وراء كلماتهم. حاول أن تنظر لما وراء مظهرهم. لا تسقط أي صور عليهم. فقط اسمع.
