اليوم راقب عالمك، باتباع نفس خطة التدريب التي اتبعتها في اليوم السابق. راقب عالمك دون حكم وراقب ما تفعل في العالم دون حكم. ثم اشعر إذا كان هناك أي شيء يتعين القيام به. مرة أخرى، تدريباتك عند رأس كل ساعة لا تستغرق سوى دقائق، وكلما تتدرب، ستصبح الممارسة أسرع وأكثر حدة وأكثر فعالية.

نتمنى أن تنظر إلى العالم دون حكم، لأن هذا سيمكنك من رؤية العالم بحالته الحقيقية. لا تظن أنك رأيت العالم بحالته الحقيقية، لأن ما رأيته هو حكمك على العالم. العالم الذي ستراه دون حكم هو عالم مختلف عما رأيت قط من قبل.
