اسأل نفسك اليوم عما تعرفه حقا وميز ما تعرفه عما تظنه أو تأمله أو تريده لنفسك أو لعالمك، وما تخاف منه، وما تؤمن به، وما تعتز به، وما تقدره. ميز هذا السؤال عن كل هذه التوجهات قدر المستطاع واسأل نفسك ”ماذا أعرف حقا؟“. يجب عليك أن تفحص باستمرار أي إجابات أجبتها على هذا السؤال لمعرفة ما إذا كانت تمثل إيمانياتك أو افتراضاتك أو إيمانيات أو افتراضات الآخرين أو ربما حتى الإنسانية ككل.

خلال ثلاث مرات اليوم، مدة كل منها عشر دقائق، اطرح هذا السؤال وفكر بجدية شديدة في إجاباتك وفي معنى هذا السؤال ”ماذا أعرف حقا؟“
