كرم نفسك بسبب إرثك، وبسبب مصيرك، وبسبب هدفك. كرم نفسك لأن الحياة تكرمك. كرم نفسك لأن الرب يكرم خلقه فيك. هذا يحجب كل تقييم قد وجهته لنفسك. هذا أعظم من أي انتقاد وجهته لنفسك. هذا أعظم من أي شعور بالفخر استخدمته لتعويض ألمك.

ببساطة وتواضع ذكر نفسك في بداية كل ساعة بأن تكرم نفسك. في فترتي ممارستك العميقة اليوم، اسمح لنفسك بالشعور بحضور المعرفة الروحية، فهذا يكرمك ويكرم المعرفة الروحية كذلك. كرم نفسك اليوم لكي تكرم المعرفة الروحية، فالحقيقة هي أنك أنت المعرفة الروحية. هذه هي نفسك الحقيقية، لكنها نفس بدأت للتو فقط في استرجاعها.
